Hello!
My name is Kierstyn Zaykoski and I am a several time over McLeod Technique Certified Personality. I have had and still have the wonderful pleasure of working and training directly with Sean McLeod himself. I am not teaching in one location, rather I travel and take McLeod Technique around the globe. I have been fortunate enough to teach in New York, Georgia, Italy, Barbados, and Toronto to name a few.
I fell in love with this technique the first workshop I ever took for several reasons. First, the emotional signature in the room had me absolutely captivated and motivated to learn more. Second, it made my then “bum knee” that required a knee brace at all times, actually function without a knee brace for the entire workshop, and I knew I had to learn more. McLeod Technique is much more than just a dance technique to me, but it is a lifestyle that fulfills each day.
