McLeod Technique Reinforced Motor Function® (RMF®) is an alignment, strength, and flexibility system. RMF is the perfect complement to classical ballet, dance and all movement studies. MT RMF is an emotional-based technique that develops safe movement habits to improve technique, arrest injury, and reshape the body. The anatomy-centered system uses aligned resistance exercises to reinforce movement into correct healthy postures.
