Reinforced Motor Function for Ballet Application is an innovation in ballet. RMF for Ballet is a plug-in that supports classical ballet with scientific construction and emotional foundation. It allows dancers to grow in ballet with healthier bodies for longer careers. ⁣Founded by Movement Developer Sean McLeod, the application arrests injuries, prevents joint erosion, and promotes proper alignment.

Cost: $25 per video class. Up to 2 video classes available. You will be able to access the dropbox links as many times as you’d like over the 2 weeks. The links will be accessible until May 25, 2025.
