MT Reinforced Motor Function

Reinforced Motor Function® (RMF®) is a simple-to-understand alignment, strength, and flexibility system developed by Sean McLeod. RMF® develops safe movement habits to improve technique & alignment, arrest injury, and reshape the body. RMF® is the perfect complement to classical ballet, dance and all movement studies.
