MT Reinforced Motor Function – SPECIAL VIDEO CLASS

Reinforced Motor Function® (RMF®) is a simple-to-understand alignment, strength, and flexibility system developed by Sean McLeod. RMF® develops safe movement habits to improve technique & alignment, arrest injury, and reshape the body. RMF® is the perfect complement to classical ballet, dance and all movement studies.

Cost: $25 per class film. Up to 2 Video classes available. You will be able to access the dropbox links as many times as you’d like over the 2 weeks. The links will be accessible until May 25, 2025.
